Meet the Director

Janelle Pulczinski

Dr. Janelle Pulczinski is the Director of the Writing Center and Assistant Professor in the Humanities and Communications Department. She has been at Trine since January 2020 and specializes in Literature, Composition, and Cultural Studies. In her spare time, Dr. P loves reading anything, hanging out with her cats (who also help her grade sometimes), and baking.

Meet the Tutors

 

hope
Hope is a senior English Education major. She loves writing, both technical and creative, and is willing to help with anything from technical essays to presentations. She is excited to see you at your next appointment, whether it is in-person, e-tutoring, or online.

brittany

Brittany is a junior Psychology major. She enjoys reading and helping students find their writing styles. She is happy to help you with upcoming assignments! Brittany is available for in-person appointments.

mallory

Mallory is a sophomore Psychology major, minoring in Sports Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys reading many different genres of books. While she is strongest in the areas of editing, grammar, and organization, Mallory is open to helping with any Humanities or ENG assignments, including formatting, citations, or presentations!

carol

Carol is a junior English major with a minor in Forensic psychology. She greatly enjoys creative writing, especially short stories. Her strengths are brainstorming, creative writing, grammar, and organization. Carol is available for in-person, online, and e-tutor appointments.

adison

Adison is a sophomore Business major getting her MBA. In her free time, she enjoys reading all types of genres and hanging out with her friends, and playing volleyball. Her strongest areas include grammar, organization, editing and presentations. Adison is open to helping with any classes, or any types of assignments!

bella

Bella is a junior English major and Writing Center tutor. She enjoys reading novels and personal research. Her strongest areas include grammar and research project assistance. She is open to helping anyone in a face-to-face appointment.

McKinley

McKinley is a sophomore Biology major, minoring in English. In her free time, she enjoys reading all different genres of books and creative writing. Her strongest areas are in brainstorming and organization of papers. She is open for in-person or e-tutoring, and able to help for papers or presentations in any subject.
